HCS was a big project i worked on. It has been discontinued for years now. Downloading this program is not recommended, it requires a server program which is no longer active. Trying to run it will only result in an error message after which the program will close.
The program was meant to serve as a platform to download and share DVD covers for people who wanted to backup their DVD's. It never really went anywhere and i stopped developing it after around a year of development. The program worked great but finding people to use it turned out to be too big of a challenge for me :P.
